DESCRIPTION: Lead Line Cook in Savor Restaurant, delegate’s orders, sets tempo during service. Immediately under Sous. Inventories product needed for line station set up, preps station for service, organizes orders according to dining pattern and establishes flow of menu orders for preparation. Reports directly to executive chef and sous chef.
Salary: $11.50-$13.00 per hour based on experience
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years’ experience as lead line cook at similar concept restaurant. Enrolled in associate degree culinary program, servsafe certified.
