DESCRIPTION: Works Grill in Savor Restaurant, responsible for station prep, organizing prep lists for station. Follow cooking procedures set by executive chef. Sets station for efficient service, prepares customer’s orders and prepares food in accordance to chef's standards.

May also be scheduled in Old Falls Street Deli with responsibilities to include;

Responsible for day to day shift operations of the Deli. Coordinates daily set up and service of menu items and merchandising sales. Monitors counter staff and all food handling in the preparation and packaging of menu items. Maintains clean and sanitary work environment, schedules staff, and inventories product. Responsible for cash- handling transactions. Reports directly to executive chef and sous chef

Salary: $10.50-$12.00 based on experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years’ experience as line grill cook at similar concept restaurant. Enrolled in associate degree culinary program, servsafe certified.
