Full-time, 10-month term (tenure track) position. Responsibilities include teaching 15 contact hours per semester, coordinating all Niagara County Community College Hospitality programs, student advisement, and participation in departmental activities. Contractual annual salary is $47,785. Start date is August 23, 2018.
Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Hospitality Management, OR a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and a Master's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or Education (degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution of higher education); one-year full-time or equivalent part-time teaching experience at the post secondary level; two years full-time or equivalent part-time experience as a manager in a hospitality industry organization.
Ph.D. in a related discipline; experience coordinating academic programs and internship placements; experience working in a community college environment; teaching experience utilizing state of the art technology; certifications in ServSafe and TIPS training.
