P/T Animation Instructor: History of Animation

DESCRIPTION: Position will teach a 100 level introductory History of Animation course.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Animation, Illustration, Digital Media, Art History, Film, Fine Arts or related area; Comprehensive knowledge of the world history of animation including the development of animation as an art form, technical innovations, historical eras and trends, and influence. Lecture-based teaching experience.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in Animation, History of Art, Illustration, Digital Media, Film, Fine Arts or related area; College-level teaching experience.
