P/T Biology Instructor

DESCRIPTION: Courses may include General Biology I and II, Human Biology, Anatomy and Physiology I and II, and other discipline specific courses. Courses specifically needed for the spring 2017 semester may include Anatomy and Physiology I and II, General Biology I and II, and Human Biology. Classes are held on the NCCC Sanborn campus. Additional duties and responsibilities will be reviewed during interview.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in Biology or related field or Master’s Degree with 18 graduate semester hours in Biology or related field is required; 1 year teaching experience at the post-secondary level.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: A background in alternative course delivery models and instructional experience at a community/technical college or four-year college with emphasis in Anatomy and Physiology I and II and Human Biology.
