Program Administrator – Liberty Partnerships Program

DESCRIPTION:

Part-time, twelve month, grant-funded position reporting to the Director of the Liberty Partnerships Program grant. The Program Administrator is responsible for providing program services to all students enrolled in the Liberty Partnerships Program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and conducting tutorials, monitoring student progress, planning events, and documentation of services and student progress. This position is focused on the design and implementation of STEM activities which align with the NGSS standards. Evening/weekend hours may be required. Remuneration is $20.00 per hour.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related area. Three (3) years full-time or equivalent part-time paid, professional experience working in an educational setting.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree in Education or related field; experience working with students considered to be "at risk" of dropping out of school; experience teaching Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics instruction; experience working with EV3 LEGO Mindstorms kits.
