Secretary – Temporary

The Secretary is responsible to the Assistant Director/Comptroller of the College Association of NCCC. Under the general supervision of the Assistant Director/Comptroller, performs all duties and responsibilities and related office tasks as assigned, including greeting visitors; ordering/maintaining all administrative office supplies; assisting with the preparation of an agenda and related materials for meetings of the College Association Operations Committee and the Student Housing Village and College Association Board of Directors; copying all A/R checks and write deposit slips; assisting other administrative office personnel as directed by the Assistant Director/Comptroller; creates Pastry Production invoices for external customers; logging and tracking all Student Housing Village Pay Pal security deposit payments; typing, copying and mailing all letters of appointment and other correspondence as directed; other duties as assigned.
Salary: $13.00 per hour.
Associates Degree (concentration in office management or business preferred) and a minimum of three years experience in an office setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, etc. Skilled in interpersonal communication, organization and data entry. Must be able to multi-task effectively.
Experience in a college or school environment.
