Faculty Participation in Commencement
The commencement ceremony is on Saturday, May 13th at the Seneca Niagara Event Center. We are seating faculty and administrators on stage and to do this we need to know exactly how many chairs to set on the stage. Please fill out the form to let us know if you plan to robe and participate by walking in the processional or as a volunteer. The deadline is May 1st. Any forms received after this date cannot be guaranteed a seat.
Administrators and faculty members who would prefer not to robe may complete their contractual obligation by assisting during the ceremony. Duties include taking tickets, assisting with seating, and ushering the guests who will attend the ceremony. Assisting at the Commencement Ceremony not only helps the event run smoothly but it also provides opportunities to interact with the graduates and congratulate them on their special day. If you are interested, please contact Volunteer Coordinator at email@example.com by May 1st.
- Faculty & Administrators participating in the commencement ceremony are requested to arrive at Seneca Niagara Events Center no later than 9:00 a.m.
Faculty, administrators and volunteers for the Commencement ceremony can choose from surface parking lot off of John B. Daly Blvd. or in the parking garage adjacent to the Events Center. To get to the parking garage, exit the Robert Moses Parkway to John B. Daly Drive, turn left onto Niagara Street and make a left into the garage. There is no charge for both of those options. Or, use Seneca Niagara Resort valet service for just $5. Note, Valet parking is free for Chairman's Club Members, Select Club Members, Nation Members, Hotel Guests and disabled guests.
