{ Clingersmith Named 2009 Regional Baseball Coach of the Year }

SANBORN, N.Y. — Niagara County Community College’s Baseball Coach Matt Clingersmith has been named the 2009 Diamond Sports American Baseball Coaches Association Regional Coach of the Year for NJCAA Division III.

Clingersmith led the NCCC Trailblazers to their first ever berth in the National Junior College Athletic Association College World Series last spring in just his second season as head coach of the trailblazers.

Clingersmith will be recognized at the American Coaches Association Hall of Fame/Coach of the Year Banquet on January 8th, 2010 in Dallas Texas.
