Office of Information Technology
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is a dedicated service department responsible for supporting all technology throughout the College. Our goal is to provide an updated, reliable, and secure computing environment that assists students in meeting their educational goals.
Open Access Computing
Located on the second floor of G Building in G-218 there are over sixty computers available for student use. The computers are installed with Windows 7 operating system, Office 2016, and other academic specific software. The lab is staffed with Technical Assistants that provide general computer assistance and the lab hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 9 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., and Saturday 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Each semester a $40 printing credit is applied to every student's ID card which can be used to either print to the two black and white printers or the color printer located in the Learning Commons.
Upon being accepted to Niagara County Community College each individual is provided a TWolves account. A letter with your username and password is sent to the address the College has on file. The account is a combination of the first letter of your first name, your last name, and three random digits.
Your TWolves account will be used to access student email, Black Board, and the wireless network on campus.
