Julia S. Ingersoll, J.D, D.M.
Julia Ingersoll grew up in rural Pennsylvania and graduated from the Shipley School. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications at Boston University, a Juris Doctorate at Villanova University and a Doctorate in Management at the University of Maryland, University College.
In addition to being an accomplished trial lawyer and maintaining an active law license, Julia has extensive direct experience in instruction, higher education law, human resources and management. She currently serves as Executive Vice President of Harcum College, in Bryn Mawr PA. In that position, she is both College Counsel and Chief Academic Officer.
Julia resides in Rosemont, Pennsylvania with her husband David Castro and her four children. She has also served on the Board of the Center for Emerging Visual Artists and the Main Line Art Center. Julia is a practicing Quaker and her family attends Radnor Monthly Meeting.
