All NCCC staff contacting you regarding Starfish Success do so with the intent of providing you with the information and tools to help you resolve an academic concern and build habits for success.
When an academic concern is raised for you in the system by your instructor, a Success Coach, Advisor or Service Office may contact you. You will be contacted via the phone number in your Starfish Profile to help resolve the concern and to provide you with the resources, tools and skills to help you succeed.
STARFISH PRO TIP: Make sure your phone number is accurate in your profile. Log into Starfish to check! You can also set up SMS text notifications for Starfish.
