Emergency Medical Services

Emergency Medical Professionals are trained to recognize, assess, and manage emergencies of acutely ill or severely injured patients. They are the first responders to a medical or traumatic emergency, providing patient care and then transporting the sick or injured to appropriate medical facilities.

On-campus EMS classes have been postponed! ALL EMS didactic material will be delivered through an online format. You will be contacted by your Program Coordinator or Instructor when online classes will begin. Skills labs are postponed until further notice.

Program Requirements:

  • Attendance is mandatory for all sessions.
  • Students are required to purchase course textbooks (available at the College Bookstore).
  • Please register for EMS courses at least one week prior to the start date. Payment must accompany your registration form.
