Restaurant Experience 1

Front of House 

Students in Savor restaurant will receive hands on experience performing the various roles in an upscale restaurant.  Students will be immersed in various key positions in dining room service, beverage management and hospitality administration.  Students will also receive extensive training in daily operations, steps of seamless service, history of hospitality, and various styles of service.  The Savor experience creates a collaborative working environment of professional service focused on enriching the student learning experience while delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests.

 

 

Restaurant Experience 2

Back of House 

Students in Savor restaurant will receive hands on experience performing the various roles in an upscale kitchen.  Students will be immersed working the key positions in an open style kitchen, learning culinary management, and back of house administration.  Students will also receive extensive training in daily operations, production, line service, inventory and ordering.  The Savor experience creates a collaborative working environment in a professional kitchen focused on enriching the student learning experience while delivering exceptional cuisine to our guests.

Wed/Fri – Lunch 8 a.m.-4:45 p.m. (includes special orientation on Wednesday 5/27/2020)

TR/Sat –Lunch 8 a.m.-4:45 p.m. (includes special orientation on Tuesday 5/26/2020)

Wed/Fri – Dinner 2 p.m. – 10:45 p.m. (Includes special orientation on Wednesday 5/27/2020)

TR/Sat – Dinner 2 p.m. – 10:45 p.m. (Includes special orientation on Tuesday 5/26/2020)

12 classes x 8.75 hours= 105 hours

BACK OF HOUSE  Wed/Fri – Lunch 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. (includes special orientation on Wednesday 5/27/20)

TR/Sat –Lunch 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. (includes special orientation on Tuesday 5/26/20)

Wed/Fri – Dinner 3:30 p.m.-11 p.m. (includes special orientation on Wednesday 5/27/20)

Cost:  $350 Each Mod or $650 for all; Uniform $200, Kit $460
