Hospitality and Front End Customer Service
Students enrolled will obtain skills needed to work in the hospitality and tourism field. Introduction to the following topics will be included: Intro to Hospitality, Property Management Systems, Guest Services (Customer Service), Food and Beverage, Communication, TIPS and Serve Safe Training as well as learning from industry guest speakers. This class is a total of 86 hours and will be offered once per year.
Dates: Classes begin February 3, 2020
Time: Monday and Tuesday 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Location: Niagara Falls Culinary Institute
Cost: $1,144 plus books
