Welcome to Student Housing Village at Niagara County Community College!  We are now accepting applications for the 2018-2019 academic year. Apartments are going fast so apply today! A model apartment is now available for tours. Visit us on campus or drop in at our next open house.

To be considered, all applications will be accepted in the order received and must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of $275.00. For more information call 716-731-8850.

**Please wait until you are ready to pay the required $275.00 housing deposit before submitting an application. Payment can be made directly after completing your application, via a prompt for PayPal, or by sending a check to the housing office. Your application will not be processed until a payment is received.**

Move-In Information

New Student Move-In will be Thursday, August 23, 2018:

     3rd Floor move-in times are: 8:00am-10:00am ONLY

     2nd Floor move-in times are: 10:00am-12:00pm ONLY

     1st Floor move-in times are: 12:00pm-2:00pm ONLY

Returning student move-in will be on Sunday, August 26th from 9:00-2:00pm

If you do not show up at the time listed above for your specific room you are assigned then you will have to wait until all other residents are checked in and then we can try and accommodate you at that time.

Freshman Orientation is MANDATORYand begins at 4:00pm on Thursday, August 23rd and then continues on Friday, August 24th from 9:00am-3:30pm
