Student Housing Village
Welcome to Student Housing Village at Niagara County Community College! We are now accepting applications for the 2019-2020 academic year. Apartments are going fast so apply today! A model apartment is now available for tours.
To be considered, all applications will be accepted in the order received and must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of $275.00. For more information call 716-731-8850.
**Please wait until you are ready to pay the required $275.00 housing deposit before submitting an application. Payment can be made directly after completing your application, via a prompt for PayPal, or by sending a money order to the housing office. Your application will not be processed until a payment is received.**
Student Housing Village is located on the northeast corner of the beautiful and attractively landscaped campus of NCCC, and is equidistant from three major cities; Niagara Falls, Lockport, and North Tonawanda. The Campus consists of eight architecturally striking buildings, barrier free, and connected by both interior and exterior walkways. First Year Experience (FYE) Program
Welcome to NCCC and the First Year Experience program! The FYE program is designed to offer support, resources, and referrals for all students who have currently earned less than 25 credits. Each new student will be assigned their own Success Coach based on their major. Your success coach will provide you with the tools needed to navigate your college experience successfully.
