Registration & Records

The Registration & Records Office shall provide personalized quality service which is accessible and responsive to a diverse community. The Office is charged with compliance to all federal, state, and institutional regulations and policies as applicable to the areas of registration and records. Services are designed to preserve the integrity, accuracy, and privacy of academic records while enabling students to obtain services in an efficient manner. In unison with other support areas of the Student Services unit, the office fulfills a role in facilitating and promoting the academic mission of the institution.

Here you'll find information on registration, transcript requests, enrollment verifications, course audits, S/U grading, course withdrawals, name/address changes, transfer credit evaluations, and more. Graduation applications may now be submitted through Banner Web.

  • July 8 - Last day to drop a Summer II class on Banner Web with 100% refund
  • July 9 - Summer II Classes begin
  • July 9 - Add/Drop period for Summer II Classes
  • July 9 - Fall registration begins for non-matriculated students
  • July 16 - Last day to drop a Summer II class with no academic record; Financial penalty may apply
  • July 17 - W grades begin for Summer II classes
  • July 26 - Advisement & Registration Opportunity for non-registered current students in Notar Administration (A Building) Lobby; 3-5 pm
  • August 10 - Deadline to submit graduation application and pay applicable fee for Summer graduates
  • August 16 - Instruction ends for Summer II & Full Term classes
  • August 18 - Ready, Set, Register One Stop Advisement & Registration Event; Notar Administration (A Building) Lobby; 9-1 pm
  • August 20 - Summer II & Full Term final grades available on Banner Web after 5:00 pm
