Registration & Records

The Registration & Records Office shall provide personalized quality service which is accessible and responsive to a diverse community. The Office is charged with compliance to all federal, state, and institutional regulations and policies as applicable to the areas of registration and records. Services are designed to preserve the integrity, accuracy, and privacy of academic records while enabling students to obtain services in an efficient manner. In unison with other support areas of the Student Services unit, the office fulfills a role in facilitating and promoting the academic mission of the institution.

Here you'll find information on registration, transcript requests, enrollment verifications, course audits, S/U grading, course withdrawals, name/address changes, transfer credit evaluations, and more. Graduation applications may now be submitted through Banner Web.

Important Information

  • October 23 - Current Student Registration begins for Winter & Spring 2018
  • November 6 - Deadline for S/U or W grades for Fall classes
  • November 10 - Veteran's Day (observed) - College Closed
  • November 16 - Spring registration begins for New/incoming degree seeking students (by READY Session appointment)
  • November 23-24 - Thanksgiving Break - College Closed
  • December 11 - Winter Non-Matriculated Student Registration begins
  • December 11-16 - Last week of classes for Fall. Final exams held during regular scheduled class times
  • December 16 - Last day to withdraw from all Fall classes online through Banner Web only; College Closed
  • December 18 - Fall Final Grades available on Banner Web after 5:00 pm
  • December 25-Jan 1 - Winter Recess - College Closed
  • January 2 - Winter Intersession classes begin
  • January 2 - Add/Drop period for Winter Intersession Classes (Financial penalty may apply)
  • January 2 - Spring Non-Matriculated Student Registration begins
  • January 4 - Ready, Set, Register One Stop Advisement & Registration Event; Notar Administration (A Building) Lobby; 1-5 pm
  • January 6 - Ready, Set, Register One Stop Advisement & Registration Event; Notar Administration (A Building) Lobby; 9-1 pm
  • January 9 - Ready, Set, Register One Stop Advisement & Registration Event; Notar Administration (A Building) Lobby; 12-4 pm

  • January 12 - Cross Registration for Spring classes begins
  • January 12 - Senior Scholar Registration for Spring begins

  • January 15 - Last day to drop Spring Class(es) on Banner Web with 100% refund (web only)
  • January 15 - Martin Luther King, Jr. Day - College Closed
  • January 16 - Winter Intersession final grades available on Banner Web after 5:00 pm
  • January 16-19 - Spring Add/Drop Period
